So it pays to be a dumb criminal? Maybe i should get in on this. "Officer, i didn't know it was illegal to steal someone's Ferrari"
But let’s rewind back to 2014. Asking a foreign entity ally or not, is considered illegal? Then why did the originally republican backed opposition research go to Steele and ask for his help? And how much details were given to the background of the dossier when ultimately sold to Hillary? Right if she knew it was British and Russian sourced, stupid for her to purchase this research.

With all of this, I just can't keep a straight face in knowing it was Rudy Giuliani as the mastermind. Rudy Giuliani? Seriously? Is Trump insane????
How much of a freak-show did this need to become?
Rudy Giuliani. And that other moron lawyer, Sidney Powell.
Donald, seriously, what were you thinking?
Always buy the name brand, never the value brand, especially when you try to steal an election.

He hired the mental stability-discounted lawyer and supplied him with ShurValu™ hair dye. The Kraken was a deflection sideshow.

Thing is, the Hair Dye Guy had a reputation as a hard as nails and sharp as a tack prosecutor. He had the history, training and education to pull it off. But somewhere in the last few years, all that fell apart. Maybe some form of dementia creeping in that turned him into a ranting, raving lunatic.

Rudy is a Democrat mole whose mission is to make Trump and the GOP leadership look like escaped inmates from a high security funny farm. It's the only logical reason that can possibly explain why he is still out and about in the general populace doing such extreme damage to the Repub party who are themselves prior escapees from the same facility.

Where is McCarthy when we need him?

You mean this fucking ghoul, right?

You already have him and among many things, he gave you "the Benghazi!" that you desperately cried for.

I mean, that's what you're criticizing here, right?

...right?

well, looks like the FBI is actively investigating the fake elector scheme...

"Agents seized the cell phone of state Republican chairman Michael McDonald"

and the DOJ has subpoenaed the GA GOP chairman and fake electors in Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania as well...

Michigan has charged 16 fake electors with several felonies each:

Sixteen people forged documents and claimed to be "duly elected and qualified electors" for the state of Michigan, Attorney General Dana Nessel said.
Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced Tuesday that she has filed charges against 16 people who signed paperwork falsely claiming that President Donald Trump had won the 2020 election as part of a scheme to overturn the results.

The 16 people being charged in Michigan allegedly met in the basement of the state's Republican Party headquarters and signed multiple certificates claiming they were “the duly elected and qualified electors for president and vice president of the United States of America for the state of Michigan,” Nessel said in recorded remarks.

The 16 individuals include Michigan GOP Co-Chair Meshawn Maddock and state Republican National Committeewoman Kathy Berden. Michele Lundgren, who was also charged, previously told local television station WDIV that she thought she was signing an attendance sheet for a meeting.

"I didn't even know what an elector was, let alone a fake elector," she told the station.

(dammit...Lost beat me)

Maybe it's just me, but I think Giuliani will have absolutely zero credibility as a witness. The MAGA crowd will turn on him as a dirty rat and the rest of us have nearly a decade of experiencing his bald faced lying. Unless he's sitting on some real dynamite I see no reason to make a deal with him.

I came to post an article about Wisconsin. That it was only a civil suit against them doesn't surprise me in this state.

They should have all been criminally charged. They even stated that they knew full well what they were attempting at the time.

That's called pleading guilty.
That didn’t happen here
Under the deal, the fake electors don’t pay any damages or attorneys fees and there is no admission of wrongdoing or liability.

Meanwhile Crystal Mason was sentenced to 5 years in prison for 1 faulty vote. These pricks were part of an election fraud scheme and there is no punishment.

White privilege at its finest
