Cousin Caroline roasts Bobby in a letter to the Senate:

“I have known Bobby my whole life; we grew up together. It’s no surprise that he keeps birds of prey as pets because he himself is a predator,” she wrote, before going on to say that his victims have included family members and the parents of sick children.

Somehow every story involving RFK Jr and an animal always gets worse than the one before.

I hope someone asks RFK about his 12+ years of IV heroin use. Should be interesting.

He said it made him a better student.

"“I was at the bottom of my class,” he said during a podcast appearance on the Shawn Ryan Show. “I started doing heroin, and I went to the top of my class."

Fucking moron.

Odd. That weird shakiness to his voice normally, it’s mostly absent during his nomination hearing.

I like how his wife is smirking right there behind him while we all know that he's probably raw dogged about 612 randoms while needle sharing since they've been together.

The only way I think RFK gets denied a sec spot is if the Republicans think he's bad for corporate interests and call him socialist dem.

It could happen..

I got'ta LMAO at every Trump cabinet hearing knowing full well anything and everything his picks have defended themselves with amounts to a flattened ant hill because Trump is going to be micromanaging them, keeping them under observation looking for any lapse of loyalty and dissension. The hearings are a total farce.

His words will be coming out of their mouths, his actions will be their actions. It's very much like how conservative Sinclair who owns tv stations in many parts of the nation speaks his own propagandistic words through the many news anchors that work for him, word for word.

Trump wants a leakproof wrap around his gov't because he and his oligarch lackeys are going to perpetrate nefarious, malicious and malfeasant crimes and they don't want any established law to get in their way. They're going for the total control of the gov't to have their way to a point where they feel The People of the Nation will have lost any influence and control over their elected leaders.

The authoritarians the world over must be besides themselves reveling in the knowledge that Trump is easy pickings and no one is gong to be able to stop him from destroying the last vestiges of Democracy here in the USA.

This is a good point. That's what RFK jr (of all people) would use a time-machine for?

Kosta rolled footage of Kennedy in 2020 saying that if he could go back in time, he would stop his children from getting vaccinated.

“I would do anything for that,” Kennedy said. “I would pay anything to be able to do that.”

Kosta was flabbergasted.

“That is the worst answer to what you would do with a time machine that I have ever heard,” Kosta said, adding in disbelief: “You can’t think of anyone else in your family that you would go back in time and try to prevent a shot from happening, Robert F. Kennedy Jr? No one else?”

Cassidy sure doesn't sound like a "yes" on RFKjr. We'll see how he votes.

Maddow compares the outgoing SECDEF with Trump's pick and it pretty much says it all about what Trump thinks is the "right guy" for the job. It's just fucking unbelievable how Trump is making a mockery, a joke, sticking out a spiteful childish tongue wag at what the people of the nation actually needs from their leadership.

Ha ha ha ha. "The AP found that in addition to the physicians who had faced disciplinary action, many of the nearly 800 signers are not doctors"

Pro-RFK Jr. letter to the Senate includes names of doctors whose licenses were revoked or suspended

WTF?????

"Among the signers was Paul Thomas, an anti-vaccine doctor who voluntarily surrendered his medical license in 2022 after Oregon's medical board found he had engaged in repeated and gross negligence in the practice of medicine.

Thomas did not admit or deny the finding. NBC News reported that Thomas was part of a team assembled by Kennedy who remotely advised an anti-vaccine activist in Samoa during a measles outbreak there on how to treat children with vitamins."

Sure thing. Let's prevent the spread of measles, one of the most, if not The Most transmissible disease in terms of R0, ever, with fucking vitamins.

So far the Democrats have tried to slow down absolutely zero of Trump's nominations. Too busy hanging out with lobbyists and eating dinner.

No—having a spine is making that move without being at the literal end of your political career, and without one foot in the grave.

Mitch's current actions are the equivalent of a pouring a water bottle on a fire he's been feeding gasoline to for his entire career.

All true. I wasn't trying to give Mitch much credit; it's more comic relief than anything. Believe it or not, he's a never Trumper IMHO. Unfortunately he's also a bigger pussy (and a partisan hack) than he is a patriot. So yeah he DGAF about Trump on his way out. Of course he'll still vote 90%+ with POTUS on policy.
