I'm not from the US, so there's that 🙂 AFAIK the reason why Trump won the election was primarily because a load of Dem voters didn't show up, so I'm not sure I buy that argument completely.

He voted for Trump twice. He knew who Trump was, both times. He helped make Trump possible. It's no different now that it was then.

So yes, he voted for Trump and he certainly voted for this.

Hate to break it to you, but pandemic-level viruses aren't restricted to emerging from China, and there are plenty of ones that could come straight from our own backyard (eg, various bird influenza strains).

I understand the sentiment but I highly doubt they did anything but slow walk the investigation while not actually investigating anything.

God isn't an amateur. He's not going to do the same bit twice. He'll do the next thing. My money is on climate change wiping out enough of normal civilization to force global geopolitical realignment. A year or two of Trump and his cronies throwing paper towels to millions of displaced Americans and they'll find themselves in guillotines.
