Something that occurred to me yesterday to do with Trump's press conference and him labelling the UN incident as "fake news" - he said they were laughing with him, not at him: Does this mean that his comment regarding his administration being almost the most productive in US history was a joke?

I am so certain that Haley has to preface everything she says to any other UN colleague "Never mind what that old blowhard says, what I say to you is what counts, so just play along with him like whatever he bloviates about matters, K?"
