As bad as this is.. it's a distraction from the billions being stolen from elon and our public services. Everyone look at Vance.. no one look at medicaid cuts.

Older Ukrainians, who grew up in the Soviet Union, have recognised in this situation the US that was depicted by Soviet propaganda cartoons as a nation of greedy, irresponsible, grab-what-you-can capitalists, who spat on complex problems and had eyes only for dollar superprofits.

We screwed up by setting House terms to two years. It distracts members at best and turns them into cowards as they fear any controversy will damage their re-electability. I’ve come around to the idea that the parliamentary system is better. We also need way more members in the House.

Can't help thinking that the US system really needs a formal 'leader of the opposition'. I know it's a big country, so there are lots of different local political figures, but I find it hard to get my head around a situation where there is no unified voice for what is the 'opposition' party.

Nothing to make sense of, dude has openly called for deaths to Muslims. But beyond that insanity, he's actually one of the dumbest mofos in this subforum.
Most people end up ignoring the few kooks in ATPN, like you'd ignore the "weird uncle" at a large family gathering.

(also explains why Zelenskyy unloaded on Trump & Vance resulted in him getting kicked out by Rubio lol)
