For the unqualified ones we can start impeachment hearings. Drain the swamp.

Outside of a series of blatantly political impeachments, I'm afraid we are stuck with these judges. Article III judges are appointed for life and these jokers were validly confirmed by the Senate.

To make things even worse, not only has McConnell (Trump is basically the rubber stamp, his role is basically taking credit) appointed judges whose primary qualification is their partisanship, but they have also appointed very young judges. These clowns will have a significant effect on American jurisprudence for the next 30, 40 or more years even if the spigot is shut off after the next election.

To date, this is probably the most significant damage Trump et al have done to hasten the demise of the USA.

If the next Dem increased the number of judges that would dilute their effect.

The same way they were put there.

Constitutional Convention
Maybe not bad idea. Clean up old ambiguities, codify some rights we should have like the right to vote, unencumbered. Make new scotus rules, federal judge rules. Cleanup powers under article 1,2.

How about when the next Democrat is in increase the number of federal judges to thin out Trump scum. With the expanded personnel create a court branch simply to adjudicate inter-government disputes. That court will be comprised of federal judges, peeled off regular duty as needed. That way these squabbles are disposed quickly.

Thinning out won't be as effective as one might think. First of all, trial level judges are bound to follow the law as set by the Supreme Court or the Appellate Court for their district. Trump has appointed quite a lot of those upper level judges.

I'm a little leery of a constitutional convention. Abolishing the right of privacy (so as to enable anti-abortion laws), codifying the present day extremist "gun rights" etc.

Expand all the groups of courts. From lower up to SC.

Politicians should never be allowed to choose their voters. It should always be the other way around.

Other way around. I really don't think Trump GAF as long as they support him.

Agreed. I'll meet you in the middle and suggest that those two corrupted slimeballs jerk each other off at the sight of Putin riding a horse bareback.

edit - @IronWing, missed your reply, same answer as with Zorba. What a sad sad supremely destructive symbiotic couple they make between themselves.
