You can get SIMILAR items at places like Target or Bed, Bath, and Beyond for around $10. They aren't near the quality of that mill. That mill has a ceramic grinder that is adjustable depending on the type of grind you are after.

This is a hot deal.
If price is NOT an issue, the best mill I've used is a Maxum Plus from http://www.peppergun.com/index.html
It'll run you $45.
It doesn't require you to take it apart at all to fill it.
I also got a friend one of their tiny mills to cary in her purse.
Their entire line is rated the highest in all the books that rate kitchen tools. They're used by top cheps.

I have a Trudeau similar to that one, and I find that the acrylic top becomes slippery when wet -- makes it tough to administer while cooking. And the adjustable grind size is also a little difficult because the knob that does it is actually the "cap knob" for putting salt into.

For $10, it's an okay deal (to me); I'm looking for something a little nicer, perhaps salt and pepper separately.
