Still better to have a deficit while we the people save more than to have a deficit while we have to pay more. His platform is not perfect but it's still better. At least there are lot of tax cuts in it, and still way less spending. Some of the spending is also towards things we actually need like a stronger military and fighting crime.

He could go all DOGE and REALLY cut spending, but he's trying to take a more sensible approach.

He is going to cut taxes and spend... Reduce revenue, increase spending and somehow automagically the budget will fix itself.
