Troubleshooting Software

If you're running 2k, you've got all the tools you need already. Performance Monitor will do it all. COurse, you've got to know how to interpret the info. Are you looking for something to do that for you? Maybe a Norton product or something of that ilk
 
Looking for SW that PC tech would use to diagnose
hardware problems.. ie HDD failure, video failure, i/o port failure.
