Troubleshooting my 37" olevia LCD

So I was sitting here watching tv when the power flickered. A few seconds later my tv starts making this REALLY loud screeching sound and the screen goes all blue. I frantically turn it off and unplug everything. After a minute I plug everything back in. Everything seems fine except the tv. The tv kept turning on by itself though, which was weird. So I cut the power again for the tv and leave it off for about an hour and a half.

Now I'm trying to get it on again. It powers on just fine and I get the blue input screen. I have tried multiple inputs, with none of them actually working. The standard def. input works, but only on the left side of the screen. When I switch to HD channels it doesn't work at all.

I have no clue where to begin with this. I would assume I fried my input card, but I don't even know how that crap works? Anyone have any thoughts on this? Am I completely fubar'd and have to buy a new tv?

Well it seems that all my inputs work except my HDMI input for my tv. Not sure if its the tv or possibly the verizon fios box.
