so recently when gaming, i started realizing the left click on my mx518 mouse becomes somewhat unresponsive when there is a lot of action going on all around me, and it can become very frustrating when playing fps's

i never really slam my mouse, it woks flawlessly in everyway besides when theres a alot of action going on in a game

anybody have any ideas for the problem/solution?

im really hoping i dont have to buy a new mouse...

Mice just wear out - especially if used a lot. I suspect you need a replacement.

I agree. Replace the mouse. I have to replace and buy a new mouse at least twice a year. I just wear them out! Way too much clicking.....I really need a life. LOL

Try re/loading the latest Logitech driver.

You also might want to take the mouse apart and clean it. Sometimes gunk will build up in places that affect performance.
