So I am trying to stream on twitch.tv, and I have tried all of the major streaming software, yet I'm still noticing HUGE amounts of stuttering at 1080p and fairly strong stuttering at 720p. I have 8gb of ram and a 3570k overclocked to 4.2ghz... why would I be noticing these issues?

Did you disable Aero?

"Capturing the screen is laggy/low framerate/stuttering

Make sure you’re running in Aero basic mode, or let XSplit do it for you (it does it by default) by checking “Let XSplit disable Aero theme” in it’s General settings. Screen regions do not play nice with the windows DWM when in aero full mode."

What 7770 drivers? There has been a couple issues with some of the newish drivers pertaining to clock speeds (pre 12.4). Things improved a lot in the 12.4-12.6 releases.

And remember flash issues in certain browsers.
What do you mean? I'm not watching it I'm streaming it!

I've tried using xsplit, ffsplit, and flme. I still can't get the resolution I want. I will check the AMD drivers when I get home and update if I need to. Any other suggestions?

What are you streaming? Streaming a game while you are playing is really hard on a system. Video editing/creation and gaming are 2 of the most intense things people generally do on a PC so having to do both at the same time really taxes a system.

Did you follow the link? You might need to turn down some bandwidth settings. Also your upstream connection speed will need to be really solid, download speed does not matter in this case...Well...

Unless the problem is at the viewer's end...I assume that is not what we are talking about.
