This makes absolutely no sense to me... hopefully someone out there can help.
I did a clean install of win2k tonight. I had some error as I installed 2k but ignored it. Later on I got this mouse error where it would just go crazy on me and I would lose control of it. I previously had winxp but I could not install my Linksys wusb11 wireless adapter so I thought it might be the OS.
I was unsuccessful and proceded to install 2k again. I put in a NIC this time and did all the updates. I still get the mouse issue where it goes crazy on the screen sometimes. I had to install SP3 2x to get it to install right. I installed all the other updates. Is there a specific order I need to install them in? Later on when I tried to install norton 03 and AIM, I had issues with that as well.
