Trouble with SETI CLI - logging on to an account

Trying to get my clients back on to the Federation account.. my clients ran out of WUs while I was away so theyve defaulted to the 'create new account or log on to an existing one' mode..

I've got the correct email address (I asked Engineer to make sure) but I get an error. I've definately 'connected' as I can post this!

Any ideas? Is Berkeley having difficulties?

I think you need to reinstall SETI and use aaasmoke@bellsouth.net as your Seti email address. 😛 😀

you need to use the correct set of files. delete the current setup and download the correct set of files for windows 2000 found in here😀😉

Thanks guys.

Isos - I'll give that a shot but everything suggests I already have the correct files since they have been working for well over two years??

The error I'm getting is:
We use your email address to identify you.
Please type:
1 to set up a new account (first-time users);
2 to log into an existing account (returning users).
Your choice (1 or 2): 2
Email address: xxxxx

Dennis - good question 🙂

Short story: moved premices recently and have been connecting via manual 56k (on our firewall router) until ADSL was installed. ADSL is now installed but our firewall has had a problem.. anyway I am connecting my machine (which hosts the queue) directly to the ADSL router. I can connect my queue no problem and send/recieve WUs but I cannot 'log' an account on for some reason..

Could I expand anywhere? Hopefully I've got everything down here.

Cheers, Chris

Oh thats right.. I've never been able to re-start a Seti Driver through a queue - I've always had to connect direct to Berkeley..

I forgot.. 😱 😱 😱

Thanks for all the help guys! 🙂
