Have you ever talked to them about it? What does being Mexican have to do with sprinkler systems? What do you mean the water smells :Q

that's weird :( Did your parents have some other interaction with them that makes them feel hateful, or is this just about the smelly sprinklers?

The neighbors are jerks......When they get there grass cut they blow all of the grass clipings on to ours.....
They are the worst neighbors anyone could have....

Psycho, you and yours sound a bit fussy, to me. Perhaps the neighbors have some legitimate gripes, as well. If the water has an unpleasant odor, that isn't something they have control over, is it? Grass clippings? You must something bigger to worry about, no?
Hate? You shouldn't be throwing around that word so casually, either.

1. Whining on AnandTech forum isn't going to help you with this issue.

2. Talk to them.

3. Call the # on the phone book under "neigbhorhood nuisane complaints"

4. Take legal action

Amigo, since you're 14, you'll need to let the adults involved handled the issue. Either they do so in a responsible and adult manner, or it escalates into something bigger and uglier. Now, hang at the mall and work on your Christmas list.

Talk to your parents then. Doing anything revengeful at this point will make you feel "yeah they got what they deserved good!". Been there myself, 14y/o would like to do something very obvious to get the attention. Your parents will be held financially liable for whatever damage you or your brother cashman does and agrees to pay for it or be sued. Meaning that much less money for your Christmas presents and they have the legal power to terminate your brother's driving previlage(kids this immature shouldn't be driving right?)

Kidna late for you to be up, no? Ah well, it's thanksgiving. I woke up at 8pm and I'm thinking of going for a walk, or watching one of my movies, or playing some civ3 right now. Hmm... Civ3 or return to wolfenstein, the choices!

Anyhow, have they always done this ever since they moved in? Or maybe you moved in after they did? Maybe thats why the old owners left. :) Just asking for some more info.

In my opinion, you are just a lousy stupid loser. People have asked you have you talked to the neighbors, and you haven't answered. If that is the case, which you have NOT talked to them whatsoever for some reason, then it is your own fault.
Good communication can always slove many problems. If you don't get to konw the neighbor and getting blaming on them for just that reason and without any intention knowing/talk to them, it's really your own problem.
BUT, if you have talk to them already and they still keep doing that, then I believe your parents can do something of course, like call the cops or file the lawsuit or something like that.

"Good communication can always slove many problems."

Hah! You're going to have to kiss their ass and probably cough up money to fix this issue. I assume you and the neighbor use city water for drinking, right? And they're pumping water up from the ground to water the lawn, right? If you can talk them into using city water on the lawn, it won't stink, but might cost extra. I kinda doubt the cost of the water would be more than the cost of electricity to pump it from the ground, but that point ain't going to cut it with the neighbors.

You could offer to let them use your water on their lawn at no cost to them. If they believe that the well water is better for the lawn, then you're screwed. At that point you'll have to see if there's a legal remedy, but I doubt it. Sounds like you have a sulfur problem there. I can imagine how disgusting that would be, but I'm still not sure there's anything you can do about it.
