The mall security guard was a d-head from the start. He wasn't talking to me or asking me questions. He was telling me what to do in a very deep voice. I opened my mouth he called me a liar. I was talking calmly and was even telling him I respect him and I did not want to cause trouble but he kept walking away and not listening to me. After he walked away and I did not comply with his demands he came back furious again without even hearing my side of the story telling me to leave.

That police officer comment came after he told my girlfriend to shut up. I was cool until they told her to shut up then I made the remarks.

Why do I say it was race related? I am from the middle-east, my girlfriend has cancer so she wears a scarf on her head because she lost all her hair (I will not talk about her cancer). She is white however and is not from the middle east but I guess she could pass as being from that area with the scarf on her head.

By the way I was not making out with her when the security guards came up. We were talking about what we were going to do after she got off work.

Well, whether you work there or not you'd better calmly report the incident and make sure that there won't be another (e.g., towing) next time you bring your car on the property.

yes go to Mall managment, and tell them, what happened, and that you work there.

"Holy sh!t, I never thought I'd see the day when two such highly reputable mischief makers such as yourselves would douse their drawers at the sight of a mall security guard."

Why didn't you just tell him you/your gf were mall employees and were not loitering instead of copping an attitude?
