I'm trying to enable the Language Bar on a system with Windows Server 2003 installed, and it refuses to appear on the taskbar. Under text services and input languages I turned on advanced text services (aka it is unchecked then), but the system still refuses to give me any choices under the Language bar. I checked under policy settings as well in case I accidentally disabled it there, but I can't find any reference to it and I'm logged in under Administrator and it still isn't working.
I'm trying to have a toggle between English/Japanese input via IME. Using the keystroke shortcut it still will not type in Japanese afterwards despite supposedly being in Japanese mode.
Anyone have any tips on what else I can try?
