Yesterday I ran thru the Windows Update and there was a new minor security update that I did.(not the new one that does all security updates ever all in one and says back up system before applying) As I ran the patch a message came up saying:
"elbycheck has performed a sanity check on the filter drivers of the cd-rom class in your registery and has corrected invalid entries"
Yesterday afternoon I tried to make a cd copy using CloneCD and near the beginning of the process where the program finds the cd drives it found my cd w/ no trouble but could no longer find the cd burner. I would assume that this is tied to the message above. Anyone have any ideas?
