ignore everything on that page exept for the top right picture of my processor Is a T-Bird or not ? Are there any Slot-A T-Birds? Mine is @900 Mhz not overclocked! linkto processor

Yes, there are Slot-A Thunderbirds. I can't see anything in that picture (low-res). Get WCPUID from H. Oda's and tell us how much cache it's got.

I have no clue each programm gives me something else and WCPUID doesn't know if it's a socket or a slot ??? Weierd! And the MHZ varied from 864 to 914 (usually 907)HELP i didn't overclock is my system unstable??

Look at the serial number. If starts with K7 and has 512KB is an Athlon Classic, if starts with A7 and has 256KB is a Tbird

I can't reach the serial number because i would have to remove my cooler and i'm still using the computer but it has 256kb of cache!
