Trouble contacting Soyo

Has anyone had any reason to contact Soyo recently? I've been trying to RMA a monitor for weeks now. I sent the monitor, but FedEx has been unable to deliver it (they have to schedule a delivery, and so far Soyo has not responded to their messages). I've tried calling any number I can find for Soyo (I even started calling all numbers in their number "block" trying to find a live person), but can't get ahold of anyone. And the important mailboxes (ie, RMA mailbox) are full and can't take new messages. Anyway, my RMA has now expired, I have no idea where my monitor is, and from the looks of it, Soyo is not answering their phones. Oh yeah, and the RMA department won't return my emails either...

So, has anyone else tried to contact them recently? If so, have you had any success? Or, has anyone heard if they are closing/having trouble/etc?

Thanks!

Some quick googling shows that Soyo support sucks. Also, it looks like they were acquired by PC Chips....like 5 years ago.

No offense - but that's to be expected when you buy the cheapest item in it's class.

Soyo's support has sucked since they made motherboards, then to phone systems, then to LCD products.

Figure this in next time you make a large purchase.

Damn that sucks. Well I guess I'll just be happy with however long my monitor lasts. So far it has been flawless and a great purchase for the $300 it cost.

LOL, Soyo? I think I bought a mobo from them like 9 or 10 years ago and it sucked horribly. I can't believe they're still around.

I've never owned anything from Soyo. I guess I just didn't want to buy anything that reminded me of Soy Sauce. 😛

Man I had a SOYO K-7 Dragon and it was honestly the best motherboard ever outside an ABIT S-7.

Does anyone have any idea on how I should proceed?

Well, as someone above posted, they filed bankruptcy. IE do not pass go, do not collect $200. You proceed by realizing you'll probably never see the monitor return and should start scouring Craigslist.

You said fedex is unable to deliver it? Does that mean they still have it, I.E. you could possible have them return it. Other than that, I think you are SOL.
