Last night my wife and I were at the local grocery store picking up a few things. My wife was taking her time going through the soup section so I decided to try my troll skills.

I turned my buggy sideways in the isle so that the isle was blocked. I was waiting for some fat person to come down the isle, and say something like "excuse me, can I get by",,, but nobody went down the isle.

Its the end of the month, all the welfare people should have been buying food, but the store was almost empty.

What gives, my fist attempt at trolling, and I failed. Any suggest from the masters?

It's like fishing.. all you can do is throw out the line and wait for a bite. You just need to find a better fishing hole. Might I suggest walmart?

wats a buggy?

It's like a carriage, pulled by a horse. But there is no mention of a horse in the story, so I dont know how much good it would do. Also, I don't think they just let random buggies in grocery stores without a horse to pull them. It'd be like a bunch of cars in an intersection with no engines.

I smell bullshit in this story.

Find an item that sells 10/9.99. Get 10 of them. Go to the express lane. When the checker starts scanning them watch the register display carefully. After the checker scans the first couple items point out that the items are scanning at 1.00 each when the price is 10/9.99. No matter how many times the checker tries to explain that the last item will scan at 0.99 keep insisting that you are being ripped off. Be loud. When the poor checker finally scans the last item start looking for your check book.

Extra credit for making the checker go get a couple cartons of smokes after complaining over the penny.

I was at wal-mart.

I live in a small town with only 2 grocery stores, its either super wal-mart of brookshire brothers.

Maybe I need to go to the store later in the evening, or go on a weekend?

You might have better luck disconnecting the battery on those carts the very fat people use to get around the store. Then you can sit back and watch them figure out a way to get to the front of the store and ask for assistance.

Saturday afternoon would be ideal.

Welfare checks don't come on the 1st of the month in many states. Here, it is the 11th. And I don't go grocery shopping that day.

Walk around with a gun holster and gun showing. When people so much as glance at you scream; "What are you looking at?! This is AMERICA!!!!"

Be sure to wear avator glasses, trucker cap and a t-shirt with holes and nacho cheese stains on it.

Have whisky breath if you feel like getting all up in someone's face.

Not to mention the fact that he was apparently positioning his buggy in the middle of a small island.

Perhaps the OP is in fact an amazing talking horse. Have you ever considered that? Mr Ed could talk after all, so why not an AT member?
