actually, you are fairly numb to the things around you while "stoned". The only thing trippy is that you feel easily amused by things you may not normally find amusing.

Nah, you just see things through a different perspective.

I didn't think the song / video were particularly stony / trippy though. But then I never watch music videos so maybe it's outside of the norm for them.
