Trillion or alternative? What are your opinions?

I was gonna get a new client and thought trillion but someone told me to get this instead Miranda
What are you guys opinions. AIM, Miranda or Trillion
 
I've heard that Miranda's interface needs some work. I'll stick with Trillian because it's done and solid for the last 2 years..
 
Miranda is currently running on my system, and taking up 360k of RAM (compared to the almost 20mb Yahoo messenger takes up).

Yeah, it's true that it uses a simplistic interface, but there are many plugins that provide features like tabbed browsing, smilies, etc. I don't use IM programs much, so Miranda is fine for me,
