trillian the best, or use msn AND aim?

AIM...I don't use MSN.

personally i hate trillian. I tried it for a while and people started asking me why i was ignoring them. Turned out i was not receiving half of their messages. So now i use them all seperately.

Sh|t like that is fixed now. The free version isn't too bad, but the Pro version simply kicks fvcking ass.

Agreed. Out of the three (and I've tried them all, plus ICQ and Yahoo!'s messenger), AIM is my favorite. Esp. with the DeadAIM plugin (though you need the old version, before he started charging for it).

Just MHO.

hey i just started using this new chat program and so far i love it. it's called miranda. the interface is clean and simple, and it looks kind of like icq 97. it combines icq, aim, msn, irc, and something called jabber (even though i don't know what that is).

Yahoo Messenger is the best one. However the new f MSN Messenger v6.0 is really nice as well. Never really could get off on AIM and Trillian is hit or miss alot.
