Trillian tabs?

OK so I know there's gotta be a way to get Trillian to do tabbed instant messaging with AIM, right now all my conversations come up in different windows which is extremely annoying, but they all have an individual tab that has my buddy's name...there MUST be a way to get them to have multiple tabs, but how?

I just can't find the setting...somebody point me to it PLEASE...
