Ok so, i did not use this rig for 2 months, it was unplugged while not in use.
I plugged it in after air dusting it and the lights on MOBO turned on, fans turned on but NO BEEP code that it posted, NO video no beeps.
I ran through the checklist of taking everything out and trying first to test the power supply, it tested good, next tried each piece of hardware. NO BEEPS AT ALL. i tested voltage as well. Did my motherboard crap out? Or am i having an issue somewhere else? The only thing I have not done is re seat my cpu. I am grabbing more compound tomorrow so I can re seat but is this possibly the problem? I'm just so so lost.

Try and start with only CPU, one stick of RAM and video (use integraded if your motherboard has one).

Do you normally get a beep at POST? Make sure there is still a speaker connected to the speaker connection on the board.

Make sure you didn't miss the two video card connections on your video card.

Make sure you didn't miss the 8-pin CPU power connector.

Make sure you have a fan connected to the CPU fan connector on the board.

Try the Clear RTC RAM jumper on the bottom RH corner of the board.

Make sure you are giving it enough time. The manual says to give the board 30 seconds before giving up. I have never seen a board take that long to POST, but some boards do take longer than others.

Unplug anything external. At this point you just want power and monitor output to see if it is going to post at all.

OK:

How did you check the power supply?

Did you try 1 stick of RAM with the one-stick-at-a-time method?

Did you try a different video card, or verify the card in another computer?

Did you try the other PCI Express slot?

No beep codes is not a good sign for the motherboard, so I hope that isn't it. Altough, that BIOS may not have a beep code for bad processor either.

If you still aren't getting anywhere, it may be time to try re-seating the CPU as you mentioned.

This board normally gave one beep with post with this processor. I tested voltages in my psu. I've verified the video card and even tried another in it as well. Yes i tried one stick of ram and then the other, tried them in different slots exc...as far as I can tell it's my mobo. The mobo is only 4 years old.... Maybe that's old in mobo years..... It was giving me trouble before this .... Some of the USB slots were failing and some of the other ports as well... Maybe it just finally died. If that's the case I'll end up having to get a new one. Last thing I will attempt is a processor re-seat. If that don't work then I'm almost safe to assume it's the mobo.

I checked the power supply with a digital volt meter. It's pushing out the correct numbers to each component. My USB ports and the audio jacks all slowly stopped working over the last 4 years so idk if that indicates anything.
