Depends. 0 degrees C = 32 degrees F, so the second day it would be 0F or -17.8C

depends on your reference for how much colder 0 is from b/c "cold" is relative

oooooorrr...if the temperature is given in F at 0 degrees, convert it to C, multiply by 2, and convert it back to F.
