Tricking my 9800xt

I want to hook up my xbox to my computer/lcd panel. What i have is something that plugs into your S video port, and then on the other end you can either plug in another s video cable, or a composite cable and digital audio cable. Now, my LCD panel only has DVI (which i currently use) and VGA hookups. My 9800xt has s video OUT, but i want it IN. Is there anyway, any program, that will make it think IN and accept xbox feed... and allow me to switch between computer images on my monitor and xbox images? Any ideas?

wow erm i really dont think u can, i could be wrong but i dont think u can change and OUT only to a IN, and yes youd need software of sometype to view the screen

however even if it works dont expect much....i played my PS2 through my Digital TV Tuner Card and it was awful. pale, blotchy, bit fuzzy, and annoying diagnol scan lines.

seriously the best way to do this is to go splash out on a good quality VGA box, that does progressive scan, or upmixes the resolution or something
 
Not converters for the VGA card. The convertor will allow for the Svideo to change to DVI/VGA so that he can play on the monitor. The convertors cost more than the Xbox though...
