i would think that cylindrical cases would have more wasted space than a triangular one.
 
Make a triagular one that holds 3 PCs? mobos on the outsides... hard drives on the inside and PSs on the bottome (as a base). That would be awesome ish.

Smaller footprint. More efficient airflow. INSTANT PLATE TABLE!
 
I can't tell from the pictures...what's at the apex of the pyramid? Seems that area would be a good place to locate a fan since it will naturally collect a lot of convective heat.
