Trials Fusion: PS4 vs High-End PC

I currently own a PS4 and a high-end PC. My PC has an i7-4930k, GTX 780ti, 32GB RAM and everything running at stock settings. I will be buying this game sometime in the near future and think that I will be better off with the PC version with my specs. I know that my PC should handle the latest games with ease at max settings if a game is not poorly optimized for PC but sometimes PC games are just poorly optimized so that is why I wonder which version I should get even though technically my PC is much more powerful than a PS4. Is this game poorly optimized on the PC as I might as will buy it for the PS4 or will it run at 60 fps, 1920x1080, and max settings on my PC?

I have this on the Xbone and it's a travesty.

I really liked Trials HD on the 360 but Fusion had me doing this face -

On your PC this will run at 60fps, and 60 fps only. A 120hz monitor (if you have one) will do no good here. I read somewhere that it runs at 60fps on all platforms.

So unless you are doing a lot of editor work, then this is the sort of game that I would buy for PS4 and sit in the couch in front of the TV and play with a controller.
