Wow! Great pricing AR. Wonder if it's worth the effort to move from the internal B in my T30 to the USB G.

Anyone feel the difference is worth while, considering the price?

I actually was looking for this very thing. Is BUY.COM a good place to order from? Anyone with any kind of experiance with them out there?

While there's more hypothetical thoroughput in an 802.11g device, the tradeoff is in increased CPU usage. I'd say find yourself a cheap 802.11g PCI card if you really want an upgrade from a -b card.

This is perfect, however, for connective a TiVo to your home network if you have one. I currently use a USB 10/100 network adapter, and this would simplify the connection even more. I just need to find out if it's compatible with my unit....

Alas, Alas, out of stock.

Shinare: Buy.com has a lower reseller rating than Amazon and others--it's in the mediocre range. However, I've ordered tons from them over many years and no problems yet. GL.

I've purchased from buy.com a few times over several years -- no problems -- all products in good condition and as ordered. Never had to deal with customer service, because I've never had anything bought there break on me. (Bought scanners and a couple other things I don't remember)
Never had to deal with a rebate... so I'm not sure if they are good with those.

Sheesh -- I was thinking that Shinare was joking. I thought it was like asking whether anyone had any experience with Amazon... Am I the only one who was ordering from them when they were buycomp.com (and got that mongo mousepad that says, "SIZE DOES MATTER")?
