if you look down the street it looks like the 2 other trees are the same distance from the sidewalk, developer/town porb planted them all that way

maybe, but its time to look up who is liable, some cities, it doesn't matter, you pay..

Pretty sure you aren't allowed to remove a BV tree in most cities anyway. I suppose you could always kill it and then call to complain.

there are ways of killing a tree.....:whiste:
