Not obvious to me, both were clearly in the wrong here. We don't even know who started the fight, this is coming from someone who's been in fights where I started it and ended up on the bottom taking 100% of the damage.

Morally, think of it as you will. No one cares, nor should anyone.

Legally speaking, you're a complete moron if you think the case in any other way. Obviously you are associating your moral reasoning with your legal reasoning... and that is why people such as you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Thats because the ingredients he had would NOT make lean. Need sprite and jolly rancher candies PLUS the DM. His 2 ingredients do not match up with what was needed to make it. More media BS.

You do realize that the two ingredients mentioned above are flavoring agents, correct? As in, can be used interchangeably? Are the similarities not that obvious? The Facebook posts that specified the exact ingredients he ended up purchasing?

The fact that we do not know whether or not he had DM at home in the medicine cabinet means that we can't completely rule that he was going to make drank, but from what I've read it's definitely possible.

But it's POSSIBLE he COULD have been using tea + Skittles to make lean. The fact he didn't have the MAIN ingredients shouldn't mean he wasn't going to make it. In fact any time a black teen buys any sweet drink and a candy to go with it - rest assure they're making Lean! Doesn't matter if it's Chocolate Milk & Sweet Tarts - LEAN.

Apparently you missed his Facebook posts pertaining to his use of 'LEAN' as well as the liver damage that was consistent with 'LEAN' abuse.

Then again, why does it surprise me when people who support TM are choosing to be willfully ignorant of the fact in this case.

Anything's technically possible, I work at a store where probably 20 people come in every day to buy shit to make lean. In the year I've been here I've never once sold the combination of Skittles + Sweet Tea. I've never even sold Skittles + Sprite. 99% buy Sprite + Jolly Ranchers, the only time they deviate's when we're out of 1. I guess it's possible 7-11 was out of Jolly Ranchers AND Sprite that night

I understand. My point is that Facebook posts were cited, giving instruction on using the exact ingredients he purchased.

We've really deviated from the original intent of the OP, let's just end it.

The facts ruin the narrative of the sweet, innocent boy that was brutally murdered by Grand Wizard Zimmerman.

Ah, so because he liked something that means there can't be another reason to buy what he did. For all we know he was buying these for his little brother, Georgie had a Myspace page where he was acting hardcore, so by your logic we should also assume Zimmerman got out his truck with the intent to fight.

Lemme guess, you don't consider Georgie's Myspace page relevant here right?

disgusting. no way should it be displayed as a museum piece.

wtf is with this country and glorifying thugs and criminals?

... did we read the same article? Who said anything about glorifying? Do you understand the purpose of a museum?

Oh for fucks sake!

You're still sticking to the story of "bringing sweets home for little brother during half time of cherished family bonding time basketball game"?

Do you have proof of anything else? I don't have proof, but you don't either. Yet you're absolutely sure you know here. But this is you we're talking about so it doesn't surprise me.

Remember kids: This teenager was an idol. You too can get kicked out your house, expelled from school, and then innocently be walking to the store to get high....

toolbags.

I got high quite a bit as a teen, guess I deserve to be dead now too..

Yet no codeine was found in his tox report and the amount of pot was so low he could have taken a drug test and passed, how inconvenient for the haters.

They don't test for that. Liver damage was consistent with a heavy user.

Did you violently and brutally felony aggrivated assault and felony battery somebody out of nowhere?

Because if you do, you should rightfully get shot and would deserve to get whatever came at you in the form of jacketed hollow point hot lead.

Because that was what I said in my post...

Also, no one is proposing that you be remembered as if you are some type of idol. Quite the opposite, I'm sure :hmm:

No, I can't say pot smoking made my life any better or worse, yet some here go on and on about the fact TM had a trace of pot in his tox report and use it to label him as a "thug" and better off dead anyway. I eventually quit smoking weed, got a job and have been a productive member of the workforce, paying taxes and keeping out of trouble. It's hard to tell what would have happened with TM, he could have turned for the worse and wound up in jail or gotten his shit together and turned out fine, we'll never know..

Bullshit, codeine is an opiate, if it was in his system at the time of his death it would have been detected, hell a $5 test kit from Walgreen's detects codeine or any other opiate.

I was talking about DXM cough syrup. If martin couldn't get his hands on codeine, then he would use DXM cough syrup. This is documented in his phone pictures and facebook postings.

You can also tell in the 7-11 video that he is really fucked up/high, looks like he's on drugs or something.

Way to miss the point.

Not really, the post insinuated he was getting the ice tea to "get high" off lean and ignores the simple fact that iced tea is a very popular drink in the southern part of the US and maybe he was just thirsty.
