Awesome. My Capstone group is working with Traxxas to modify a Revo. I must say that the Revo is one hell of a fun truck.

That it is, too bad though it is nitro buring. Nothing against it I just can do it anymore. Would be nice if/when they release the Revo in electric form :D

NP and its also the only electric that has 2 speed shift on the fly too! Pure off the line power doing wheelies (stock) without having to go backwards first then shift into high gear for speed.

It is a baaaaaaaad moma jama :)

I run the cheap Epic 3000 NIMH batteries that you get at Tower for $16 I get 10-15 minutes worth of run time. Its all about the batteries. Thoes crappy NICD one will give you a lousy 5 minutes if your lucky.

Get the batteries and a Duratrax Inteipeek charger that does 2 batteries at the same time (since the truck runs on two at once)

I had the T-Maxx and I still own an E-Maxx. The T-Maxx is the way to go if you don't mind the extra mess of burning nitro and oil. It is much faster then the E-Maxx.

I paid a lot less then that price at a swap meet (new). You can beat the $299 a little by going to Tower and using a coupon.

No coupons at tower as of writing this. They had a great one last week $30 off 250-$299 which would of killed this deal but so far this is $20 off tower and $13 if you are a member and dont have to pay for shipping.

I get these all the time:

"Tower Hobbies is once again saving you money. Just place an order of $199 or more through September 30th and we'll take $25.00 off the total. All you have to do is use ad number 010TT when placing your next order via the web (enter it in the yellow box within your shopping cart), over the phone or by mail.

Again, just use ad number 010TT to save $25.00 off your next order of $199 or more.

Offer good through September 30th, 2005 and is not retroactive."
