I even Googled but couldn't find anything

It should be: Travis'

If a name ends with s then the ' goes after the s.

Yeah, I understand that. I know it shouldn't be Travi's lol.

I pronounce it as Travis's tho. My normal name, and then an added "s" at the end.

HotChic is correct. My name also happens to be Travis, and for many years I used Travis’ but in recent years I have, after many alcohol fueled debates, realized that it is in fact Travis’s. A simple way to decide is to say it out loud. If you pronounce the ‘s’ as you do with Travis’s then use ‘s. If you don’t pronounce the ‘s’ as in peoples’ then simply use the s’. This isn’t always the case because most people would pronounce Jones’ Joneses… It’s a starting place though.

I always though of it as Travis's = Travis is. Travis' = owned by Travis. Could be wrong though. Also nice necro bro.

Fuckin hell, a 7 year necro? Hahaha!

I was gonna say either would be alright but HotChic's post makes sense. Travis's.

Apparently if it's a singular owner with a name ending in S, you use Travis's. If it was a multiple owners ending in S, then you use Jones'.

That's what I always thought too. 's = singular. s' = plural.

The name Travis is a bit of an awkward example. "Parent" works well though.

That car is my parent's. (belongs to my dad)
That car is my parents'. (belongs to my mom and dad).

That apartment is Travis's. (belongs to Travis)
That apartment is the Travis'. (belongs to a couple of unfortunate roommates).

Most necros's posts are potentially innocent, but you are clearly not. :sneaky:
