Its not discontinued, they just choose not to order them.
The main issue is that while the regular sauces cost about 4cents each, each honey is about 9cents and they're smaller which means people will ask for more.
So if you're ordering a 10piece. instead of the usual 2-3 sauces, it'll be 4-5 honeys
45cents condiments as oppose to under 10cents is a big deal.

I must admit, when I had my own store, I never ordered honeys either
What happened to owning your own store ? One of my good HS buddies owns a McDs in York PA. Got a free meal when I visited him... SCORE! 😉

Bah! I miss the old deep fried apple pies. The new baked ones are horrible.

Yes and we all know keeping your customers happy is less important than a .00000001% reduction in profits.

Nah, not really.
Never once I had a customer get upset because we didn't have honey.
They always settle for a different sauces.

While some of you think I'm penny pinching....fast food is exactly that....its a nickel and dime business.
Every little things that you can save money on adds up to a whole lot.
If any of you ever become a business owner, you will know what I'm talking about.
While I didn't own the business, I treat it as such and its the only way one can be successful.

I love honey on breaded chicken!

I hate McDonalds though. I don't think I've been there for at least 8 years.

Darn right I mean pure honey! So is it on a store by store basis? Is it possible that I could get honey at another location??

I LOVED that chicken flatbread sandwich! I thought it was too good for a McDonalds product...too bad they took it out unless its the next McRib and will only show up once a couple of years.
