I drove from Baltimore to Chicago last year, but do not remember the tolls because I have an easy pass.
Why don't you just bring like $20?

Take a few rolls of quarters, nickels, and dimes. No need to waste change, if the toll happens to be something like $0.90. 😉

Tolls range from .80 to 1.25 on that stretch so bring ALOT of change 😉

Like has been mentioned, in Ohio on I-80 (then I-76 if you are staying on the Ohio Turnpike) you get a ticket when you get on, and pay when you leave Ohio and enter PA. Ohio Turnpike toll calculator.
In PA, same thing. Get a ticket when you enter PA on I-76 and pay when you get off. That will only be a couple of bucks.
Do you need directions to somewhere in Pittsburgh?

There isn't another good route - i.e. not a toll road? I just went through all three states on I-70; no tolls. Do a little math; a slight change in route that'll cost you 30 minutes may save you $30 or more in tolls? I dunno, just me.
Hmmm... I just grabbed my map of Indiana (Indiana's rest areas have free maps of the state! I haven't seen that before) 80 certainly does look like the best route; I don't see any alternate routes that would even compare.
