Travel insurance

I'm going to Germany for 9 days and I need to buy travel insurance. Last time I went I bought some study abroad insurance, I don't know if I still qualify since I'm not studying there anymore.

Does your credit card offer complimentary insurance if you use it to fund the entire trip? Some do, I believe.
