I can't believe you people liked the first one. Hey, I'm all about absurd action movies, but that one took it to a whole other level. It was fvcking ridiculous. NOTHING he did in that movie was realistic, even in the slightest. The action scenes were terrible, as when he was fighting, it was like guys were just coming out of the walls. That's fine if there's SOME logic to why they'd be there or if there's at least only a few added in for effect, but when he goes into the bus station, there are like 20 or 30 guys that attack him, and they're apparently just coming out of the wood-work!

Then, there's the scene where he gets thrown out of the front of the 18-wheeler. Not only is that utterly impossible, but it's one of those stunts that's been done 1,000,000 times, and it's ALWAYS retarded.

It's not like all my movies have to have believability - I enjoyed AVP, and the story was terrible and full of holes, but the action was fun to watch - but this one just went SO FAR beyond any other action movie. I just... man... this is the worst movie I've seen in my life, and you people are all talking like it was a good movie.

see, personally, i love stuff like this... stuff that is just impossible.. it was like a video game or something hehe

for me it was just really entertaining to watch and i still enjoy watching it time after time. i think i watched the first one nearly every day for a span of 2 weeks or so 😛

explosions, action, unrealistic stunts, crazy driving, chicks, and a really simple/"poor" plot to put it all together really did it for me w/ transporter 😀

I saw it tonight, it was fantastic.

Katie Nauta is hot beyond belief in this movie. Like, wow. :Q

This movie doesn't aim high with plot/story but it hits it mark. You know going into it its a turn off your brain film. I enjoyed it, Jason Stratham is fun to watch, the car scenes were fun. Some things were far to unbelievable which I didn't like but overall I had fun. 😀

Charlies Angels 2 was more realistic

<--loved Transporter 1

Hahaha. I was comparing it with Charlie's Angels 2 when I describe the action sequences to friends as well. I would say Transporter 2 is more realistic, but just barely.

It was fun though. I don't know if I would have spent $10 on it, but it wasn't a waste of time when watching it for free.

It was ok... because we all knew what would happen😉
I noticed the underwater seen was computer generated :
It was pretty short :\

! You didn't like The Transporter but you enjoyed AVP? Now THAT was one of the biggest POS movies I've seen in the 21st century. Again !

This was one of the worst movies i've ever seen. It was shockingly bad, i was in awe of it's badness the whole time. One of the reasons i was so shocked was because it's at 52% on the Tomato meter: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/transporter_2/ - Also has 90% from users, and a thumbs up from Roget Ebert, who said it was better than the first.

W.T.F. - The producers must be paying off every critic they can find.

Stay away from this movie at all costs. By the way, i had low expectations for the movie in the first place.

I like the 1st movie except the ending <what a wussy bad boss, so easy to defeat>.

I will watch this movie for sure, but only martinee hour <$5>.

I thought it was better than the first one too.

Man. I guess it's just one of those movies where you feel like you might of saw a different one than everyone else. All i know is, the one i saw was really, really awful. The stunts were just really laughable, but not a good kind of laugh, a painfull laugh. I walked out near the end.

I liked the first one ok when it first came out, they should of never made a sequel to it though.

Just watched it with a discount coupon. Fun popcorn movie, though I chose to forego the popcorn in favor of a large Double Meat Black Angus from Quizno's which I snuck into the theater. 😛 Story needed more development, as did the characters. Some background on Frank's character would have been good for those that didn't see the first one, though preferably something more than the old, "Look, she found a box that contains photos depicting his entire life and how he came to be what he is," schtick. Needed more car chases and overall it was too short.

They should have stuck with the director of the first one. At least they didn't go and insert a bunch of random crap-hop music into it for the U.S. release like the did the first one. If you want to hear the real music from the first movie, get the UK/Euro soundtrack from The Transporter rather than the garbage CD they released in the U.S.

jason statham is so hot. that was the only part of the movie i enjoyed. and the kid was really cute.

otherwise... unrealistic action. the audi flipping around like that? riiiiiight. at that scene, the entire theater started cracking up.

oh well, my bf liked it. he said it was better than the first, which i guess could be true, because the chinese girl was annoying me the entire first movie.
