jason statham is so hot. that was the only part of the movie i enjoyed. and the kid was really cute.

otherwise... unrealistic action. the audi flipping around like that? riiiiiight. at that scene, the entire theater started cracking up.

oh well, my bf liked it. he said it was better than the first, which i guess could be true, because the chinese girl was annoying me the entire first movie.

Wah?? But chinese girl was hot!!

I liked the 2nd one better for the action. It's a Besson flick, it's not supposed to be believable.

This movie doesn't aim high with plot/story but it hits it mark. You know going into it its a turn off your brain film. I enjoyed it, Jason Stratham is fun to watch, the car scenes were fun. Some things were far to unbelievable which I didn't like but overall I had fun. 😀
Saw it on Sat. Great fun - and it did have a strong sense of it's own silliness. Not the most original plot in the world but it was well acted, great characters, great pacing, and very sexy. "Satyricon" it wasn't, but it was 100x better than the last 5 Bond movies.

just saw it over the weekend, good mindless fight scenes, story was meh but who goes to see this for the story?

I think the point of these movies is that they're outrageous. They establish that it's absurd to begin with and that gives them more freedom. Remember the fight in the first one where he slicked himself with oil? Yyyyeaaaaahhhh. I'd rather watch this sh!t any day that stupid ass Bond movies.

Well, he is more than a bit obsessive-compulsive, I can easily see him lining up his beer selections to be all forward-facing. 😛

anyone think the garage scene and the part w/ the fire hose were freakin badass? 😀

The fire hose fight was great, very much like something one might see in a Jackie Chan movie.

Was the car he was driving supposed to be the one he took from the guy in the first movie? It has been some time since I saw it, so I cannot recall what make and model that one was.

Save yourself a buck and skip it. While I thought the frist Transporter was an "eh" movie, this one is just sad. Horrible direction, script, acting... most everything that matters.

The only redeeming value is that Jason Statham moves really well for an action star. That's it.

Remember the scene in Transporter where he is on the bridge and holds down the brakes and hits the gas and is burning rubber with his rear tires.....

Are we supposed to assume he removed the brakes from the rear tires just in case of a situation like this in exchange for poor braking performance? Or did he have the e-brake on and that supposedly was only locking up the front tires? i forget, i should check the DVD again at home 🙂

Some cars can overpower their brakes. But yeah, i'm sure for the movie they just disabled the rear brakes.

just saw the 1st few min of it... What plot holes...

- wooden door stopping dual uzi's
- What happened to all the guards at the house? (when the uzi blonde just walks up to the car)

i stopped it there. should i even continue?

The first transporter is one of my favorite movies of all time 🙂

Part 2 is getting mixed reviews, but the good ones say it's better than the first one.

A lot of the reviews are saying that the action sequences are totally absurd, but that is what I love so much about the first one.. everything was practically impossible, yet it was so fun to watch and jason statham was freakin badass in it 😀

so anyone going to see it?

hell yes me and my girlfriend definatly want to see it.
egbert liked it gave it thumbs up also

Funny how much money they made just off the beer and the audi commercials in this movie. I saw the trailer only so I don't know what else they did... I give it a 3 out of possible 5 for the fact that it's probably got some wicked scenes in it...just not believe at all.
