Hey all! Ya i know this might get moved but oh well heh. Does anyone know how to make transparent windows and icons in Win xp? Is there a progam i need to get? (style xp is evil...) OR does anyone know of a command? I am working on a new desktop. Feel free to post yours!

Oh and Tweak xp only will let you make the Start bar transparent?
