Transparent Icons on ME!

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make my desktop
icon's text background transparent.

I am using Win ME final.

u have to use some utility to do that, win9x or win2k doesnt support it

There's an excellent one I'm using with both ME and Win 2000 called Transparent. I can't find the author's homepage right now, but you can get it through TuCows at the following URL:

It's freeware.

Yup, Transparent is awesome. It's small, simple and bug free.
