Transparent Icon Text?

essential

Senior member
I have included a screen shot of my desktop. I am using Windows XP Pro w/SP2. I don't know what happened, but about two days ago I lost the transparency behind my icon text. It's not a huge problem, but it looks rather sloppy. I don't know how to change it back, or what caused the change to begin with. The background color for the icon seems to be whatever color is selected on the desktop properties display panel. Any input would be helpful.

Thanks.

It was already checked, but I unchecked it, applied it, then rechecked it, and applied it again, and now they are transparent again.

Thanks Chad!
