It's funny this happens all the time in Thailand and nobody cares. They become women. In Thailand you aren't allowed to change your gender on your government records, so what happens a lot is a couple will go to get married and only then does the groom-to-be find out his wife was born a man. You'll also see high school jocks dating them, it is no big deal, people accept it.

I am not too familiar with their dating habits but from what I understand they generally date men. They have vaginas and wear lots of makeup and whatnot so I don't see a reason they wouldn't.

IMO, I think a new gender "its" should be created. and yes, the symbol of the figure on the bathroom doors would have the circle head and the "hourglass / X shape body"
