Transferring Saved Passwords from Chrome to Firefox

Is there an efficient way to Transfer the saved passwords without using a 3rd party application like Last Pass or something similar . I am presently using Windows 8.1 .

Keepass is much better. In Pale Moon (Firefox based) I use the extension PWDhash.
