Transferring mail to new computer

I just got a new MBP and would like to copy all my mail messages from my iMac to the new computer. Is there an easy way to export all like in windows/outlook and get a .pst file and then import?

You don't want to transfer your entire account over? You could always use Migration Utility if you wanted to move an entire account over, home folder, files, and all.

/Applications/Utilities/Migration\ Assistant

Didn't even realize there was such a feature, thanks! I just got done transferring everything over and its great. Whatever was on my iMac is now on the MBP. Now I realize that I'm going to need a bigger hdd.

Yeah. Applications and everything. It's nice, since I only have to set up one and if one ever dies, I just re-transfer the stuff from the working one.

It's also nice since I work at an Apple-based department. Whenever a user upgrades or drops their laptop, etc, I can just migrate their stuff to the new computer.
