Transferring E-mails to a Database

I have lots of e-mails that have 😕data in them from a web form. Each line is a field with info.

What is the easiest/fastest way of putting this info into a database or spreadsheet? Example below:

<Header>
Name: John Smith
DOB: January 1, 1950
Favorite Food: Pizza

So, should I go about doing this? I have the e-mails in Outlook right now.

I believe Outlook can export contact information to various formats, including Excel and CSV.

Thanks very, very much! I actually did this before, but never found the body text. I just autowidthed (is that a word?) the colums and got all the text. Now to sort it!
