Transfering stock iphone ring/alert tones to computer

I did this once but for the life of me can't remember how I did it but is there an application/file browser that will allow me to copy the standard ring/alert tones off my iphone to my pc?

I've been googling all day without much success. Thanks for the link!

I'm actually looking for the iOS 6 alerts/ringtones but looks like if I jailbreak my phone, I should be able to access the libraries for both.

I wish I remember how I did it a few years ago(without jailbreaking) or kept the files somewhere.
