how can i transfer my phone book from my Motorola Rzar v3xx to a PC or my Palm Lifedrive?

I need to get the numbers out so I can transfer to my new phone.

i tried connecting the phone to my laptop, but I guess I don't have the software.

I hate to manually all in over 200 numbers to the new phone. thanks!
 
Google 'Motorola Phone Tools'. Install the program, connect it to you pc via usb or bluetooth. It will transfer your phonebook.
