Transfering Outlook contacts and Email from one comp to another?

when doing this i try to export it, i get the error that outlooks import export isnt installed, is there any other way to do it? ae the files stored in a specific location?

now can you guys get the million and a half spyware things i got on my computer randomly because i was a moron and clicked on a program i shouldnt have?

Adaware + S&D + AntiVir arent doing much yet.

Sometime the quickest way is to do a restore or reinstall with all your file backup first. Try Acronis True Image or the alike for future quick restore. Also, login as user instead of Admin account. Give yourself [user account] full access to the game directories if you play games.

im transferring these from different laptops, my dad just got a new one and wants to transfer the old ones.
